Materials
• 50 grams size 3 DK yarn in Black
• 25 grams each size 3 DK yarn in White and stripe colours
• Crochet hook size 3.00 mm
• Yarn needle
• Fiber fill
• Stitch marker
• 2 x ½-inch black buttons (only if the piece is intended for people over 3 years of age)
Sample shown was made using Hobbii 100% Cotton 8/8 yarn.
Construction Notes
• Skittlez’ body and head are worked in one piece.
• The piece is worked in continuous rounds from the bottom up.
• The legs, arms, tail, mane, ears, and muzzle are worked separately and sewn on.
• The finished piece measures approximately 15 inches tall.
Safety Note
Buttons may only be used if the finished piece is intended for individuals over 3 years of age. If making this toy for younger children, use embroidered features instead.
